St John the Baptist

Coronovirus

In common with the rest of the Scottish Episcopal Church and all places of worship, we are following the guidelines issued by the Bishops .

We have been open for Worship since Palm Sunday 2021 in  accordance with the current Coronavirus restrictions -

We are pleased to welcome all visitors to our services. We have returned to our normal practice of coming to the communion rail in rows whilst the celebrant comes along with the bread followed by the wine. If you do not wish to drink from the cup, please keep hold of your wafer so that you can dip it.  Hand sanitsing is still available. We are more relaxed when sharing the peace, but many people still continue to share without shaking hands. This is absolutley fine.

Refreshments are served in the hall after the Sunday morning service. All welcome
